X-Soil Card
X-Soil Card
Made from the synthetic substances of the top 30 biological test soils in the world, the X-Soil card can be used to validated washer-disinfectors, thermal disinfectors, ultrasonic baths and standard washers.
These types of machines typically require several types of chemicals in order to operate effectively, therefore the monitoring of these chemicals require more than one wash check card. The X-Soil card is validated with all three major chemicals used in the mechanical washing stages: enzymatic, neutral and alkaline.

Currently there are not scientific methods to validate cannulated lumens in the dental and medical fields, until now.
The biggest cause of blood-borne pathogen transmission is the contamination of surgical lumens. The most difficult instruments to clean and sterilise are dental handpieces for dentistry, and laparoscopes for medical and hospitals.
4 critical parameters must be checked before validation is achieved: 1. Temperature, 2. Time, 3. Steam Penetration, 4. Air Removal. If one of these parameters are missing the validation cannot be achieved.
The X-Class indicator coupled with the X-PCD is the only way to greater the challenge of these lumens. Checking all 4 critical parameters, the X-Class indicator is the future of sterility assurance for dental, medical and hospital facilities. The X-Class indicators can be used as both a Bowie Dick (Helix) test as well as the Batch Control Monitoring System on each cycle.

Coupled with the X-Cass indicator, the X-PCD represents the greatest challenge to the most complex lumens in the world.
Replacing all other indicators including; classes 1,3,4,5,6 and biological testing, the concept is to "challenge" the process rather than simply "pass" the process.
With the inner lumen representing a 1.5m challenge to the sterilising load, the X-Class indicator will mark all 4 critical parameters required to release the load with confidence, ensuring that your lumen have reach their sterility assurance level (SAL) required for validation.
The X-PCD will not only provide your practice with the validated evidence embedded into the International Scientific Standards, but will also protect your practice from any legal matters relating to infection control breach for blood-borne pathogens.
The X-PCD can also act as a 2 in 1 test, replacing the traditional Bowie & Dick test, and is used on every cycle.
X-POUCHES
X-POUCHES
Made in Italy with the finest quality materials, using Grade A paper and Level 1 Polymer to reduce the risk of breaching the barrier, the X-Pouches are the worlds strongest and most premium pouches that will enable the most effective steam penetration for to your instruments.
Traditional pouches use inexpensive glue that can easily breach, causing major issues with the validity of the instruments contained in the pouches. Low grade paper can also restrict the steam penetration through the paper of the pouches where critical lumens cannot be breached by steam to render the instruments sterile at the conclusion of the cycle.
NCA Labs have formulated a special class indicator which is transported to the European Manufacturer to be printed onto the pouch. The special indicator has the ability to detect super-heated steam, which renders the steriliser close to malfunctioning. This can be a huge benefit for your practice as it can save you thousands of dollars of repair costs if and when the steriliser will break down. This special indicator is a higher grade but close to that of a class 6 indicator. Although not recommended by International Scientific standards that a class 6 can be used for validating your lumens, most dental and medical practices apply the class 6 indicator simply by nothing more than word of mouth. By utilising the X-Pouches, each pouch will have a higher class 6 indicator, meaning you will have no requirement to use an additional class 6 separate indicator in your cycle loads, saving you costs annually.
