X-CLASS INDICATORS
The X-Class indicators are the worlds number one most accurate indicators that can detect air within cannulated lumens such as handpieces. This is a vital parameter to detect before validation can occur in any handpiece. Only with the X-Class indicator inside the X-PCD will all lumens in your steriliser be deemed "validated" and ready for re-use.
The X-Class indicators can also be used in any other metallic PCD (Helix) device with their universal sizing.
X-Class indicators can be used in both the morning Bowie and Dick test as well as the standard cycles. Although No indicators or helix tests are required in any morning emtpy chamber cycles, for those sterilisers who run daily routine helix tests, you can use the X-Class indicators in these cycles.
Critical parameters monitored:
1. Temperature: 134C
2. Time: 3min
3. Steam Pressure: kPa+x
4. Air Removal: D-Value = 10 -6
